AI Outputs: Clients have full rights to use AI-generated outputs for business purposes, but GetLazy AI is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or misuse of those outputs.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time.
Upon termination, clients remain responsible for any outstanding fees.
Access to services will end upon cancellation or termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
AI outputs may not always be accurate; you are responsible for how you use them.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Cyprus.
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action in Cyprus courts.
